Our clients, a family of three, searched to find an affordable home in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in NYC, Tribeca, assuring them great light and views.  In order to find an affordable home that fit these criteria we were able to convert a one-bedroom apartment with superb views of lower Manhattan.  The apartment was transformed efficiently and economically by dividing the existing living room and modifying the kitchen to allow for a full second bedroom, living and dining areas as well as plenty of storage.
