This project entailed a gut renovation, combing two adjacent apartments where the hallway outside of the apartments was added to allow for a single fully accessible entry into the home.  The clients, an International couple, needed adequate space to entertain and accommodate visitors as well as be provided with discrete living and working spaces. To capture the beautiful views of the Flatiron district and as much light as possible, spaces were opened using wall openings and sliding panels.
