This 1500 sf floor apartment in a Greenwich Village Townhouse underwent a complete gut renovation dedicated to highlighting the characteristic pre-war details of early 20th-century Village townhouses.  Having been neglected over the years, the floor thru was outfitted with all new building systems including new heating, plumbing, lighting, and all-new finishes including a discrete second bedroom which was created from the original living areas.
